Product Description
A complete primary capacitor assembly for use in our Reference Design 1.0 DRSSTC Tesla coil system. This assembly has an equivalent capacitance of 0.235uF, 8kV and has forced air cooling via a muffin fan and a PCB capacitor board that has thermal management cut-outs allowing the capacitors to remain cool even under the most demanding of DRSSTC operational pulsewidths and duty cycles.
Complete assembly includes:
- Primary capacitor bracket assembly with muffin fan and fan guard
- Primary capacitor PCB with (2) #10 connection studes
- (8) 940C20P47K-F 0.47uF, 2kV capacitors (equivalent capacitance of 0.235uF, 8kV)
- Hardware
- Nylon standoffs
