The Mitsubishi CM600HA-24H is the king of the Tesla Coil IGBTs. These IGBTs are used for monster sized DRSSTC Tesla Coils. Use four of them in a full-bridge configuration to produce an output of nearly 1400V (+680V/-680V)!
These are new stock from an authorized US distributor.
