Machined Reference Design 3.0 Heatsink
This is a fully machined heatsink assembly for use in our Reference Design 3.0 Tesla Coil. It has tapped holes for four (4) CM600HA-24H IGBTs, ground terminals for grounding connections and primary shut capacitor connection, and a high power bridge rectifier module. Additional space is also available for additional components if needed.
Mounting hardware is included with this heatsink assembly.
