IXYS IXGN60N60C2D1 is a 600V/60A SOT-227 IGBT that is used in small, higher frequency Tesla Coils. This IGBT is also used in our microBrute and miniBrute DRSSTC kits.
These IGBTs are fully tested and undergo a burn-in before being shipped to you. You will receive a certificate of test with your IGBT order.
