This heatsink is used in our Reference Design 2.0 Tesla Coil and allows for the mounting of two (2) large CM300DY-24H half-bridge IGBT modules in a full-bridge configuration. There is enough room on the heatsink to also install ground screws, shunt filter capacitors, a high current rectifier module, as well as bleed resistors for the DC bus capacitors.
This heatsink is also available fully machined with tapped holes for mounting two (2) CM300DY-24H IGBTs, a bleed resistor, and high current rectifier module as well as several ground terminals.
