This is very heavy duty heatsink extrusion and this length is perfect for mounting four SOT-227 IGBTs or MOSFETs in a full-bridge configuration, or a single CM300 IGBT in a half-bridge configuration. The flat of the heatsink is 0.375" thick providing a lot of material to tap holes for mounting. We use this extrusion in our Class-E Audio Modulated Tesla Coil kit.
