This is very heavy duty heatsink extrusion and this length is perfect for mounting a single CM300 IGBT brick in a half-bridge configuration or four (4) SOT-227 IGBTs in a full-bridge configuration. The flat of the heatsink is 0.375" thick providing a lot of material to tap holes for mounting. We use this extrusion in our Plasmasonic 1.0 and Reference Design 1.0 Tesla Coils.
This heatsink is also available fully machined with tapped holes for mounting one (1) CM300DY-12NF IGBT, a 1000V/35A bridge rectifier, and several grounded screw terminals.
