Product Description
These CM600HA-24H gate drive boards contain the necessary circuitry to properly use your IGBT. Circuit provisions include a 1/2W resistor for series gate drive, 1/4W shunt resistor, a diode for fast turn-off, and transient voltage suppressor (TVS) to protect the IGBT gate from over voltage. These gate drive boards attach directly to the gate screw terminals of the IGBT.
Available as both a bareboard PCB and a complete kit which includes components.
