Our Advanced Lantern 1.0 LED kit was designed specifically for use in Halloween Jack O' Lantern (and similar) displays as well as other applications requiring a high power LED candle. This kit utilizes a high power, ultra-bright CREE XPE LED. These Latern 1.0 lights are extremely bright and features a highly realistic and spooky flicker sure to make your next Halloween display a hit in your neighborhood!
The Advanced Lantern 1.0 is a very bright microprocessor controlled LED candle that is 100 of times brighter than any LED candle that you would buy in your local retail store or even online. Featuring a high power CREE XPE LED with a wide angle viewing angle, this kit replicates the burning flame of a candle in a very realistic manner. The Lantern 1.0 utilizes a PIC microcontroller which produces true random (not pseudo-random) flicker via a varying pulse width modulated (PWM) output signal. An onboard switch allows the user to turn the unit ON and OFF.
Please note that these units are extremely bright and not like your typical chinese made tea lights. When using the CREE XPE LED version, one of these will easily illuminate an entire room!
